PCOS Friendly Meals From Around The World Day Nine: Meat Pie
I did make the meat pie wrong but it was super good! I hope you all enjoy! This recipe is for a single serving size shown below.

Ingredients:
4 cups (250 g) Cassava Flour ( You can use any nut flour I am just allergic)
Water ( added till I got a dough constancy)
1/2 tbsp Xanthan gum ( I omitted this but it helps the flour stay together)
Pinch of salt
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 pound ground beef
4 tablespoons of tomato sauce
1/4 cup of Mozzarella cheese
Oregano
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Garlic powder

Mix Cassava flour, Salt, Butter, and Xanthan gum in a bowl.
Once mixed butter your pan ( mine was the size of the bowl ) Flatten and lay you dough in the pan. Make sure to leave some for the top.
In the mean time cook ground beef in a separate pan with olive oil and the rest of the spices.
Alternate putting meat and cheese in the pan with the dough.
Top it off with the rest of the dough
Put in Oven or airfryer at 370 till golden brown
