Ingredients
2 cans white beans
2 onion chopped
2 bell pepper red, chopped
4 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp tomato paste
1.25 L beef stock
1-2 tsp oregano fresh
1 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Heat the olive oil in a pot on medium heat and sauté onions and bell pepper until translucent and soft.
2. Add the tomato paste, drained white beans and beef stock.
3. Put a lid on the pot and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat.
4. Add the paprika, oregano and salt and pepper to your taste and stir.
